Though the country is more well known for Robusta, these are 100% Arabica beans grown from family farms at approx ~4,000ft elevation. When brewed, we get an incredibly full bodied, creamy mouthfeel that just warms your soul. This one is definitely a favorite of ours! A solid daily drinking coffee!
Our roasting suggestion: Medium to Dark
Notes:
Medium; our preferred roast, produces an incredibly forward cocoa and nutty taste that throws a slight bit of soft fruit undertones.
Dark; a peppery chocolate with roasted nuts.
