These arabica beans were grown at over 5,000ft elevation, giving us this is a smooth and big bodied coffee when brewed. The plantation in which they originate from is extremely eco-friendly, putting earth conservation at a forefront. Using shade trees to assist with the even ripening of the cherries, this also promotes a desirable habitat for birds; which the plantation encourages!
Our roasting suggestion: Good from Light to Dark! Low acidity overall.
Notes:
Light; hints of brown sugar and crisp subtle citrus.
Medium; our preferred, we picked up malt with herbal spices and getting a fuller body mouth feel.
Dark; dark chocolate, a kiss of smoke.
