From between 1,000-1,800 meters above sea level, this blend of arabica beans from Mexico are extremely flexible in roast level! They are great from Light to Dark; an easy daily drinker!
Roasting Suggestion: Medium-Dark
Light: Citric fruit and herbal spices with sharper earthiness
Medium: Emerging semi-sweet chocolate takes root and rounds out any sharper flavors found at the lighter roast. Accopanied by a creamy mouthfeel, the medium roast also boasts gentle peanut butter-like armoas.
Dark: Dark chocolate dominates the roast with slight woody and roasted walnut finish that gives nod to a rounded, bold cup.
