Notes:
Light; the roast may be two toned, but never bitter. Light roasts bring out more of the floral tones and medium acidity - think lemongrass.
Medium; medium bodied, smooth profile that shines with this roast. traditional chocolate and toasted nut are identiable flavors.
Dark; Pronounced bakers chocolate and roasted tree nut.
