An exotic harvest of Arabica beans at ~approx. 4,000ft from a 100% family-owned farm, we are simply obsessed with how lovely these are brewed up and fueling our mornings!
Our roasting suggestions: Light to Dark. Even bodied, creamy, with light and bright on the mouthfeel. The aroma seduces us with peanut butter and chocolate. Medium acidity, unless roasted dark.
Notes:
Light; tree nuts and sharp citrus with slight hints of cocoa.
Medium; our preferred roasting, peanut butter, bright sweetness, and cocoa.
Dark; spiced dark chocolate with a lower acidity.
