A Brewingham staple! Arabica grown on a family-owned farm in the region of Songwe Tanzania, at about 5,000ft elevation these little beans pack the flavor of chocolate we crave.
Our roasting suggestions: Light to Dark! Moderate acidity.
Notes:
Light; a sharp citrus acidity with the traditional hints of African coffee.
Medium; our preferred roast for this bean, gives us a good bodied brew with that lovely chocolate and herbal profile.
Dark; Much more full bodied, carrying notes of darker cocoa and smokey undertones.
