This cup of coffee is a beautiful example of what premium grade decaf coffee should taste like! Milk chocolatey and with a delicate surprise of malted fruits wash over the palate upon sipping.
Our roasting suggestion: Medium to Medium-Dark
Low acidity, silky body, with more fruity sweetness noticed at the medium roast level, while darker roasts bring out more of the chocolate notes.
What is the Swiss Water Process?
The Swiss Water Process utilizes osmosis to remove the caffeine. The raw green coffee beans are soaked in water, which allows the caffeine to migrate out of the bean all the while preserving it's natural flavor profile. The result? A silky, coffee bursting with flavor that is 99.9% caffeine-free! And without the “chemical” or flat taste typical of other decaffeination methods!
