Arabica beans grown at 6,000ft in the volcanic soils of Tarrazú that provide that clean, sweet cup that gives you a light and creamy mouthfeel. We love the coffee that comes out of Costa Rica, and we simply couldn't love this one more! Being Natural processed, the fruity notes are evident and compliment the nutty and chocolatey tones that come traditionally with good coffee.
Our roasting suggestion: Medium
Roasting this too light or too dark can break the balance of this light profile and lose some of the flavor we love.
